Application Instance

Open the application instance list

1. Click “On-premises integration” in the menu
2. Click “Application instance” in the panel to the left
3. Review the application instances, grouped by application

Note: The “On-premises integration” menu item is only displayed if the customer has an on-premises integration.

View application instance details

1. In the Application instance list, hover over the desired application instance and click the Edit icon
2. Check the “On-premise instance” details: status, instance and application
3. Check the “Certificate” details to see when the certificate was uploaded

Note: If no certificate has been uploaded, the “Certificate” section displays “No certificate has been uploaded”.

Upload a certificate

1. In the Application instance list, hover over the desired application instance and click the Edit icon
2. Click the “Upload certificate” button
3. Click “Choose file” and select the certificate file
4. Check the name of the selected file
5. Click “Upload”

Note: The “Upload” button stays disabled until a file is selected. After the upload, the status of the application instance changes to “With certificate” and the upload date is displayed.

Replace a certificate

1. In the Application instance list, hover over the desired application instance and click the Edit icon
2. Click the “Upload new certificate” button
3. Check the message stating which certificate will be replaced
4. Click “Choose file” and select the new certificate file
5. Click “Upload”

Note: An application instance has one certificate. Uploading a new one replaces the existing certificate.

Remove a certificate

1. In the Application instance list, hover over the desired application instance and click the Edit icon
2. Click the “Delete certificate” button
3. Approve as prompted

Note: The status of the application instance changes to “Without certificate”. Upload a new certificate to let the instance identify itself again.

Search for an application instance

1. Type an instance name in the search field above the Application instance list
2. Review the application instances that match
3. Clear the search field to display all application instances again

Filter application instances by certificate

1. Open the “All statuses” list above the Application instance list
2. Select “With certificate” or “Without certificate”
3. Select “All statuses” to remove the filter
