View service access
- To display service access, select a checkbox next to either a user/user group/support user, company/company group/client company/customer or role/role group/system role group. It’s necessary to choose at least one of these options
- To export the current service access based on your selections, click Export in the Current service access grid
- The file will appear in the Latest exports panel, where you can download it
Inherited roles from Current service access
Some roles can be assigned directly or inherited from groups. Inherited roles are marked accordingly in the Current service access grid. You can expand a role entry to view additional details about its assignment. The expanded view shows the source of the role assignment, such as the group from which the role is inherited. After expanding, you also have the option to revoke a specific inherited role.
Deactivated services warning from Current service access
The warning icon indicates that the user has inherited role assignments, but some required services are currently deactivated. As a result, the user does not have full access to all intended features.
- Hover over the icon to see a short explanation of the issue.
- Click the icon to open a dialog where you can review and activate the missing services.
- In the dialog, you can also choose to restore role assignments, ensuring the user regains the appropriate access once the services are activated.
