Keyboard shortcuts for tasks
When you have a task open, you can use different shortcuts to quickly process your tasks.
Please note that not all of the shortcut keys function in the beta version as yet. We will add these as soon as possible.

| X or N | Go to the Next task from the list |
| Z or P | Go to the Previous task from the list |
| F | Open the dialogue to Forward the task to someone else |
| R | Open the dialogue to Reject the task |
| A | Open the dialogue to Approve the task (press Enter to confirm that you want to approve the task) |
| Shift+A | Approve a task directly |
| V | Open the dialogue to send the task for Review |
| M | Send a copy of the task by Email |
| Q | Go to previous document |
| E | Go to next document |
| 1 | Go to document 1 |
| 2 | Go to document 2 |
| 3 | Go to document 3 |
| 4 | Go to document 4 |
| 5 | Go to document 5 |
| 6 | Go to document 6 |
