# Performance and approval handling fixes, plus new attachment formats

This release included multiple reliability updates.

- Fixed memory usage caused by an incorrect SQL request that degraded list performance for some users.
- Fixed 4-eyes calculation behavior when initial approver and line approval interacted in line-based workflows.
- Extended supported attachment formats in Add attachment with `.jpg` and `.jpeg`.

These changes improved stability and reduced approval edge-case errors.
