# Workflow history introduced for configuration changes

A new **Workflow History** view is available from the Workflows screen.

Administrators can review configuration events such as create, update, and delete, including timestamp, workflow name, status, optional comment, and user.

History can be reviewed for all document types or filtered per type, which makes auditing and troubleshooting workflow setup changes easier.
