This improves multitasking and gives more flexibility when working on documents. The implementation follows the same behavioural patterns as the existing Attachment preview detachment, providing a consistent experience across Approval. Automatic content sync when navigating between tasks (BNXT, Expense, ERP, Calendar). Graceful empty state when the current task has no editor. How to detach the editor Open a task that has an available editor. On the right-hand side of the editor panel, click the Detach editor icon. The editor opens in a new browser window or tab. How to reattach the editor From the main app, click the same icon (now labelled Reattach editor) to bring the editor back. The detached window closes automatically.
