How does the integration with First Card work?

The transactions will be available in Expense in real time. They can be used immediately after a purchase. The transaction is automatically sent to Expense and linked to the correct cardholder, allowing the employee to create and submit the travel expense report or expense reimbursement right away, without waiting for the transaction to appear.

What do I need to know about the employees and about when I can activate the integration?

The employees need to be added as cardholders after the integration has been activated. How to add cardholders is described here: Integrations Settings

You can activate the integration at any time, including in the middle of a billing month. If you activate midway, all transactions sent during the current month will be transferred, so you don’t need to wait for a specific date.
