# Expense Assistant AI suggestions added

Visma.net **Expense Assistant** is a new AI-powered feature. The assistant automatically suggests which inbox items are most relevant for your claim or expense, based on existing information such as description, date, amount, etc.

The **Expense Assistant** is enabled by default, but can easily be disabled by an administrator in the company settings by unchecking **Use AI suggestions for Inbox**.
