You can now pin the main menu in Expense so it stays open as you move between pages.

When you register an expense, you can now select the country where the purchase was made. The Country of purchase field appears when you tick Expense abroad, and Expense abroad is ticked automatically if you change the currency. The field is mandatory.

Customized text for expense types can now be translated into Norwegian, English, Swedish, Danish and Finnish – the text is shown automatically in each user’s preferred language.

Personal Emissions has moved – the report is no longer on the Home page, it now lives on the Reports page.

Breakfast deductions are now applied automatically based on the type of lodging you select, so you no longer have to remember to adjust them yourself.

You no longer have to type in the same hotel address every time you travel. When you register an Allowance and fill in «Lodging information», the system suggests the last five hotels you have registered. Select one, and Hotel name and address are filled in automatically.

You can now decide whether an expense type should be tax free, taxable, or a combination of the two. This makes it possible to follow local rules where only part of an amount can be reimbursed tax free – for example overtime meals in Norway, where the amount is tax free up to a given limit and anything above that is taxable.

When money is refunded to a credit card – for example after a cancelled flight – the transaction now appears in the Inbox as a negative amount, so it’s clear that the money has been paid back.

It is now possible to add Swedish employees to Finnish companies.

You can now choose which expense types should include VAT calculation when creating an expense in a claim.

We’re introducing a new navigation menu in Expense.

You can now merge two or three expenses into a single expense directly from the claim detail view, no need to do it from the Inbox first.

We’ve added a new company setting that controls how much employees can adjust the currency exchange rate when registering expenses.

You can now merge multiple inbox items into a single expense when they belong to the same purchase. All attachments are kept on the transaction.

Administrators can now turn off the option to register daily allowances.

Updated XML schema for payment files

You can now add names in multiple languages for expense and mileage types. When a user logs in, the names are automatically displayed in their preferred language.

Administrators can now save time by updating details for multiple employees at once, rather than one by one.

Expense type selection now prioritizes the ten most recently used types to speed up registration.
