Approval plugin

Use the Approval plugin to work with approval information and tasks in Visma.net Approval.

Depending on your access and the company you select, GAiA can help you:

• Find the companies you can access and the roles assigned to you
• Find departments and their configured department managers
• List pending approval and review tasks across your companies
• Filter tasks by company, requester, supplier, task type, and received or due date
• Open a task or completed approval process in Approval
• View task details, document history, comments, attachments, and approval status
• Add a comment to a task when the task and workflow allow it

The plugin respects your existing Approval permissions. Administrative information, such as department managers, requires the relevant Approval administrator role. Actions that change data require your confirmation before they are performed.
