Drafts can be created from task details and relevant overview screens where commenting is supported. If you leave and return, your draft remains available for editing.
Draft comments are private until submitted and are posted when you send the comment or when an action posts the draft as part of task handling.
Drafts are available for active tasks and blocked documents and can be edited until posted.
