Adjust table view in Data Manager
You can adjust and customize the table view in Data Manager to make it easier to navigate large datasets and dimensions.
How to proceed
You have several options for customizing the view on the left side of the screen:
- Enable and disable columns: Use the checkboxes in the field list to select which elements you want to see as columns in the table.
- Change column order: If you want to change the order of the fields, click the arrow icon next to a field and drag it to a new position in the list.
- Search and filter: If you are searching for something very specific, such as a particular account, click the + next to the column name to add a filter. You can add multiple filters at the same time to narrow down your search.
- Freeze columns: Enter a number in the Frozen columns field to specify how many columns you want to lock in place from the left side. For example, if you enter 2 in the field, you freeze the first two columns so that they remain visible when you scroll horizontally in the table.
