Existing rules are displayed in the list.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eClick \u003cstrong\u003eNew row\u003c/strong\u003e. A new row is added to the list.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eEnter a name for the rule in the \u003cstrong\u003eName\u003c/strong\u003e column.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe default setup is 12 weight numbers; one for each month in the year. You can, however, add or remove value fields by clicking +/- after the row. \u003cstrong\u003eNOTE\u003c/strong\u003e: The number of periods/cells in a rule must match the number of columns in the budget where it is meant to be used in. If it does not match, the distribution rule will not be available in the \u003cstrong\u003eUsing distribution rule\u003c/strong\u003e list in \u003cstrong\u003eSpreading\u003c/strong\u003e.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eEnter the weight numbers in the cells. \u003cstrong\u003eExample 1\u003c/strong\u003e: If you want to spread the amount evenly to the first month of each quarter, enter 1 in cells 1, 4, 7 and 10.
