Dashboards are available for most users and follow the chart of accounts defined in OneStop Reporting. The chart of accounts is not defined for customers in all countries, and countries that do not have a chart of accounts in OneStop Reporting will not have Dashboards available.\u003c/p\u003e\n\n    \u003cdiv class=\"admonition admonition-important\" role=\"note\"\u003e\n    \u003cdiv class=\"admonition-title\"\u003e\n        \n        Important\n        \n    \u003c/div\u003e\n    \u003cdiv class=\"admonition-body\"\u003e\n        \u003cp\u003eThe language in Dashboards follows the country set for the company you are in. This can be found under the company tab in Administration. Access to Dashboards is granted as a privilege on a role. Users who have access to the role will also have access to Dashboards. The data presented depends on the user\u0026rsquo;s access filter for the company.\u003c/p\u003e\n    \u003c/div\u003e\n    \u003c/div\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThere are three categories of standard dashboards:\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eIncome Statement\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eBalance Sheet\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eCustomers and Suppliers\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003c/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn addition, users can create custom dashboards with the help of AI functionality that is designed based on a request.\u003c/p\u003e\n\n    \u003cdiv class=\"admonition admonition-note\" role=\"note\"\u003e\n    \u003cdiv class=\"admonition-title\"\u003e\n        \n        Note\n        \n    \u003c/div\u003e\n    \u003cdiv class=\"admonition-body\"\u003e\n        \u003cp\u003eAI functionality is only available for the following integrations:\nVisma Business, Business NXT, Visma.net, PowerOffice, and Tripletex, where the client is on the SMART or KOMPLETT level.\u003c/p\u003e\n    \u003c/div\u003e\n    \u003c/div\u003e\n\n\u003ch2 id=\"creating-custom-dashboards\" class=\"group\"\u003eCreating custom dashboards\u003ca class=\"prose-heading-self-link\" href=\"#creating-custom-dashboards\" aria-label=\"Heading self-link\"\u003e\u003c/a\u003e\n\u003c/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTo create your own dashboards:\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003col\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSelect \u0026ldquo;New Dashboard\u0026rdquo; at the top right corner and name it. You can now start building it with your own elements by clicking the button with three dots and selecting \u0026ldquo;Add element.\u0026rdquo;\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eCreate a request for what you want an element for. Tell the AI what you want. The request should be precise, with clear and detailed information on what you want as the final result. Available chart types include line, bar, column (standard), pie, and table.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe period for displayed data is configured on the dashboard page. When your element is generated, you can view the data sources used to retrieve data by clicking the info icon behind the chart\u0026rsquo;s title.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eIf your element is as desired, click \u0026ldquo;Save\u0026rdquo; at the bottom right. Select the period you want.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSwitch company for dashboards\u003c/strong\u003e: Click the dropdown menu for companies at the top right corner and select a company from the list.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eView actual values\u003c/strong\u003e: Hover over the charts to see actual values.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eDrill down\u003c/strong\u003e: Click on the chart and then click on transaction data, such as the general ledger.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eHide/show data series on the chart\u003c/strong\u003e: In the chart legend, click on the period and select “Hide series” or “Show series” from the list.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eChange the dimension on the x-axis\u003c/strong\u003e: Click on the axis name under the chart and select a dimension from the list, e.g., department.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eMove the legend\u003c/strong\u003e: Click at the top right of the chart legend and drag to the desired position.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eHide/show the chart legend\u003c/strong\u003e: Click on the three dots and select “Hide/show legend.”\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eView element as a table\u003c/strong\u003e: Click on the three dots and select “View as table.”\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eDownload chart as CSV\u003c/strong\u003e: Click on the three dots and select “Download CSV.”\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003c/ul\u003e\n","children":[]}
