# Signing in
Learn how to sign in to OneStop Reporting via Visma Home or directly in the portal to access your reports and budgets.
You sign in to OneStop Reporting to access your reports and budgets. You can choose between two different methods to access the portal.
## Prerequisites
* You must have an active user account in **OneStop Reporting**
## Procedure
You can sign in by following one of these methods:
1. Go to [https://home.visma.com/home](https://home.visma.com/home) and click the **OneStop Reporting** icon.
2. Go directly to [https://portal.onestopreporting.com/](https://portal.onestopreporting.com/). Enter your username, click **Next**, enter your password, and then click **Sign in**.
You are signed in and directed to your home page in **OneStop Reporting**
Please contact your **system administrator** if you need assistance.

Familiarize yourself with the primary icons and buttons used throughout the interface. This overview clarifies their specific functions, allowing for a more intuitive and seamless experience while navigating the system.

|  | Use the **menu button** to open the **side menu** |
| **Side menu** |
|  | In the **side menu**, you can access modules and features based on your permissions. In submenus, select **Go back** to return to the previous level |
| **Help** |
|  | Click the **help button** to open our support center, where you can find user guides, courses, knowledge articles, and documentation, as well as the option to submit requests and view release notes |
| **Feedback** |
|  | Feel free to send us **feedback** on your experience with the product. We appreciate all feedback |
| **GAiA** |
|  | The **GAiA button** is your shortcut to assistance. A single click opens the conversation with GAiA, where you can ask questions, get help with tasks, or explore new ideas in real-time. |
| **Notification bell** |

# Notifications
Manage notifications and email settings for events in OneStop Reporting Portal.
The **Notifications** functionality allows you to know when certain events occur in the **OSR Portal**. For example, when someone shares a report with you, you will see a red circle on the **Notifications** button.
- Click  **Notifications** to open the dialog box with information about your notifications.
- Click a notification to see the full message.
## Notification settings
In **Notification settings**, you can select how you would like to get your notifications; by email, in a banner in the Portal or on your mobile and devices. To access the settings;
- Click  **Notifications**, then click  **Notification settings**.
These settings have two levels;
- The options under **Notifications** control all notifications, across all modules in the Portal.
- The options under **Archive**, **Assignments**, **Import Data,** and **Publisher** control the notification settings for the specific modules.
### Enable email notification
Email notifications are by default turned off. If you want to receive emails with your notifications, you must enable the **Email notification** functionality;
1. Click **Notification**.
2. Click the **Notifications settings** menu option.
3. Under **Notifications**, turn on the  **Send me email** switch**.**
### Disable the notification banner
The notification banner functionality is by default switched on. To disable;
1. Click  **Notification**.
2. Click the  **Notifications settings** menu option.
3. Under **Notifications**, turn off the **Show notification banner** switch.

Minimum requirements for web browsers, operating systems, and Microsoft Excel.
The following are the minimum requirements for OneStop Reporting:
## Browser support
- Chrome (latest version)
- Edge (latest version)
- Firefox (latest version)
> [!NOTE]
> Most other web browsers that follow web standards should be compatible but are not officially supported.
### Report Designer
- Windows 10 (32-bit or 64-bit) or Windows Server 2012 or higher
- Microsoft Office Excel 2013 or higher (32 or 64 bit)
- .NET Framework 4.7.2
- CPU: Intel/AMD Dual core or better
- RAM: 4 GB or higher

Change language, password, and email address
By clicking your name at the bottom left of the screen, you can change your password, language, and start page, as well as configure multi-factor authentication.
>[!NOTE]
>When you click your name in the OneStop portal you will be redirected to your profile in Visma Home (Connect) where you can change your user settings.
## Change language, password, or email address
Language, password, and email address cannot be changed directly in the OneStop Reporting portal.
They must be changed in Connect [https://home.visma.com/home](https://home.visma.com/home).

## Activate Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Multi-factor authentication cannot be managed directly in the OneStop Reporting portal; this must be done in Connect (Visma Home).
