Fixed an issue where existing line item details were deleted when saving a budget failed. The amounts were saved, but the line item details for the saved cells were lost. One cause was a line item detail without a description, which made every save of the form fail.
Line item details without a description can now be saved. If a save fails for any other reason, neither the amounts nor the line item details are changed.
