# Adjust table view in Data Manager

Last modified June 8, 2026

> You can adjust and customize the table view in Data Manager to make it easier to navigate large datasets and dimensions.

## How to proceed

You have several options for customizing the view on the left side of the screen:

- **Enable and disable columns:** Use the checkboxes in the field list to select which elements you want to see as columns in the table.
- **Change column order:** If you want to change the order of the fields, click the arrow icon next to a field and drag it to a new position in the list.
- **Search and filter:** If you are searching for something very specific, such as a particular account, click the + next to the column name to add a filter. You can add multiple filters at the same time to narrow down your search.
- **Freeze columns:** Enter a number in the Frozen columns field to specify how many columns you want to lock in place from the left side. For example, if you enter 2 in the field, you freeze the first two columns so that they remain visible when you scroll horizontally in the table.
