Publishing reports

In the Publishing module, you can publish reports and report packages to users or a group of users belonging to a role in the system. Choose whether the recipient receives reports via email or in the Archive module

You can choose to run and distribute reports at a predefined time, or you can start the execution manually as needed. In a publishing job, you can add multiple reports, set parameters, and send them to email recipients or to their Archive module in the portal. Publishing generates a log for all executions, so you can keep track of the report runs.

You can also edit existing publishing jobs, for example, by adding or deleting reports and recipients. With the Scheduling function, you can configure schedules for publishing jobs to send reports at predefined intervals.
