You can select multiple reports. \u003cstrong\u003eNOTE:\u003c/strong\u003e You can also use the \u003cstrong\u003eBrowse templates\u003c/strong\u003e button.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eClick \u003cstrong\u003eSelect\u003c/strong\u003e. \u003cstrong\u003eNOTE:\u003c/strong\u003e The \u003cstrong\u003eSecurity context\u003c/strong\u003e is by default set to \u003cstrong\u003eRecipient\u003c/strong\u003e. This is to ensure that the receiver of the reports only sees the data he or she is authorized to see. If you change this to \u003cstrong\u003eMe\u003c/strong\u003e, the recipient of the reports will see all the data you have access to.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eUnder \u003cstrong\u003eParameters\u003c/strong\u003e, select the parameters you want for the reports. The options you see here will depend on what parameters you are required to set to run the reports. \u003cstrong\u003eNOTE:\u003c/strong\u003e If you have more than five reports, there will be multiple pages.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eUnder \u003cstrong\u003eRecipients\u003c/strong\u003e, select recipients from the list of \u003cstrong\u003eUsers\u003c/strong\u003e or \u003cstrong\u003eRoles\u003c/strong\u003e. \u003cstrong\u003eNOTE:\u003c/strong\u003e You can only send reports to users who have access to the Publisher module.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eClick the \u003cstrong\u003eDestination\u003c/strong\u003e tab. Here you can choose whether the recipient(s) should receive the reports as email or be sent to their \u003cstrong\u003eArchive\u003c/strong\u003e module, or both. To send the reports as PDFs, select (\u003cimg src=\"/onestopreporting/reporting/publisher/new/img/en/checkbox.png\"\u003e) the \u003cstrong\u003eSend reports as PDF\u003c/strong\u003e checkbox. \u003cstrong\u003eNOTE:\u003c/strong\u003e To get proper PDF formatting, check that the print area is set correctly in the report template.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eClick \u003cstrong\u003eSave\u003c/strong\u003e or \u003cstrong\u003eSave and Run\u003c/strong\u003e.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003c/ol\u003e\n\n    \u003cdiv class=\"admonition admonition-tip\" role=\"note\"\u003e\n    \u003cdiv class=\"admonition-title\"\u003e\n        \n        Tip\n        \n    \u003c/div\u003e\n    \u003cdiv class=\"admonition-body\"\u003e\n        \u003cp\u003eSome users might experience problems with adding old reports to a publishing job.\nAlthough these would run fine in \u003cstrong\u003eReporting\u003c/strong\u003e, they cannot be run in a publisher job, because this requires reports to be compatible with newer versions of OneStop Reporting. To remedy this, you must open the report in Report Designer, save it, and re-publish the report in \u003cstrong\u003eReporting\u003c/strong\u003e.\u003c/p\u003e\n    \u003c/div\u003e\n    \u003c/div\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eIf there are any issues with the definition version, you will see a warning icon in your template list.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003ch2 id=\"schedule-a-publishing-job\" class=\"group\"\u003eSchedule a publishing job\u003ca class=\"prose-heading-self-link\" href=\"#schedule-a-publishing-job\" aria-label=\"Heading self-link\"\u003e\u003c/a\u003e\n\u003c/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUnder \u003cstrong\u003eScheduling\u003c/strong\u003e, you can automatically set up your publishing job to be run at a specific time interval.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003col\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eClick \u003cstrong\u003ePublisher\u003c/strong\u003e.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eUnder \u003cstrong\u003eScheduling\u003c/strong\u003e, activate the \u003cstrong\u003eScheduling\u003c/strong\u003e switch.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSelect if you want the job to be run on a \u003cstrong\u003eDaily, Weekly,\u003c/strong\u003e or \u003cstrong\u003eMonthly\u003c/strong\u003e interval.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eIn the \u003cstrong\u003eStart at\u003c/strong\u003e fields, select the start date and time.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eUnder \u003cstrong\u003eRecur every\u003c/strong\u003e, set how often you want the job to recur.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003c/ol\u003e\n","children":[]}
