# Search and Filter

> Search and filter in report and budget templates.

## Search

- Enter text in the **Search** field to start searching for reports (and packages).
- The search includes all reports that match the active filters.

## Filters bar

Use the **Filter** bar in the **Archive, Budgeting,** and **Reporting** screens to locate reports.

> Click *Filters* to hide and show the *Filters* bar.

### Filters

- Click ![](https://docs.vismasoftware.no/onestopreporting/reporting/reports/search-filter/img/en/btn_filtertype_expand.png) to expand and display the available filters.
- Click to activate a filter.
- Displayed records will match ALL active filters.

> Click *Clear filters* at the top of the *Filters* bar to clear all filters.
