Maintaining shareholders. Generate a book of shareholders. Reporting and submission of shareholder register statement.
Shareholder register is a function for maintaining a register of shareholders in a limited company. The information is used to generate a book of shareholders, as well as completing and reporting the forms RF-1086 and RF-1086U to Altinn.
Altinn System Access Status
At the top of the module, you will see a status indicator for Altinn system access. To submit the shareholder register statement, this must show a green checkmark (✅). If it states that access is missing (ℹ️), the client has not yet been activated for submission in client administration. You can click the icon to refresh the status.
