New Report - “Key Figures” for all business types

Under Reports, you will now find the Key Figures (Hovedtall) report, available for all types of businesses.

This report provides a visual and organized summary of your most important financial data:

  • Annual result and balance sheet: Review the year’s performance with a clear presentation of operations and status.

  • Tax and assets: Get an overview of calculated tax and the company’s asset position.

  • Real-time updates: The report continuously fetches data based on your posted entries and downloaded pre-fill data from the Norwegian Tax Administration (Skatteetaten).

Specifically for Sole Proprietorships (ENK) and individuals:
For the categories Personal (ENK) and Wage Earner/Pensionist, the report includes a complete tax calculation directly from the Tax Administration.

Tip! To include the latest figures in the report, you must log in to the Tax Administration’s portal under the Tax Calculation (Skatteberegning) tab before generating the report.

ERP integration - import of accounting data from Systima

In import settings it is now possible to select Systima as import source.

The integration is based on chart of accounts, accounting transactions and image of vouchers.

The 2025 tax returns for companies operating aquaculture are now available for completion, validation, and submission.

The 2025 tax returns for companies operating onshore wind parks are now available for completion, validation, and submission.

Tax return 2025 - now open for submission

We have now opened for the submission of tax returns for both individuals and sole proprietorships.

The Norwegian Tax Administration (Skatteetaten) releases pre-filled information in batches:

  • 9 March: Rollout begins for Individuals.
  • 12 March: Rollout begins for Sole Proprietorships.

Sole Proprietorships – automation for agriculture and forestry

Significant improvements for primary industries are now available in Year-end closing 2025. Period & Year has simplified the management of agriculture and forestry for sole proprietorships through increased automation.
