My tasks now refreshes in real time while the view is open.
Newly assigned tasks appear immediately and are briefly highlighted. Tasks that no longer require action are disabled in the list and remain available in history.
This reduces unnecessary work on outdated task items and improves responsiveness during active approval sessions.
