Comment handling and display logic has been clarified across task details and overview screens.
Workflow History now clearly shows actions and comments, while the Comments section shows comment messages only.
This change improves traceability and reduces confusion about where to find user actions versus written comments during document processing.
Additional changes included:
- a 500-character limit for comments with warning feedback near the limit,
- comment ordering where older comments appear first and newer comments appear closest to the input area.
