This release introduces two functional updates.
Skip cost unit System administrators can mark specific cost unit roles as skipped in assigned approver combinations. Skipped roles are excluded from active routing while still being shown in the workflow graph with a clear status.
If all steps are skipped, the document is approved immediately and appears in overview screens without creating approval tasks.
Centralized settings page User settings are now gathered on one page with sections for:
- notifications,
- substitutes,
- preferences.
This keeps existing options but improves visibility and reduces navigation between screens.
