# Payslips

> View and export payslips and year-end reports in the app.


Under the tab **Payslips**, you find all your **published payslips**.

## Viewing Payslips

To **open a payslip**, tap on the specific payslip to view the information on your screen. You can also tap on **Show PDF** from the payslip to view the complete payslip document.

> If there is **information missing** on the payslip, you need to ask your **payroll administrator** to add more information from the payroll program. The > **template for payslips** is set by each company in the payroll program.

> If you cannot find a specific payslip (or any payslips), please contact your **payroll administrator** so they can publish it. If no payslips are
> published, you will see a message informing you that **'Your payslips will be shown here'**.

## Filter by Company

If you are a user registered in **several companies** (using the same email address), you can see payslips from all companies in the company you are currently in. You can **filter by company** by tapping on the **filter button** in the upper right corner. This allows you to select which companies' payslips you want to display in the list.

## Summary View

You can access a **summary view** that provides an overview of your payslip information. To access this:

1. Tap on the **show summary button** in the payslip list view
2. The summary displays aggregated information from your payslips

From the summary view, you can:

- **Export a summary PDF**: Export all your payslips as a **PDF** document. This PDF is **printable** (if you have a printer connected to your mobile device) and you can **email it** to yourself using email apps on your device.
- **View year-end reports**: Access your year-end reports directly from the summary view. Year-end reports contain the year's summary of amounts and are sent once a year by your payroll administrator.

> This is a view tab only, no new information can be added. If you dont have this tab, please contact your payroll administrator.
