User security reports

The reports provide information that can be useful for employees who manage users, roles, and access rights to the system objects.

The reports provide information that can be useful for employees who manage users, roles, and access rights to the system objects. You can use these reports, for example, for analysing, optimising, and restructuring user accounts, user roles, and access rights.

The reports can be generated in multiple formats, including PDF and HTML. Also, you can print the report you generated or send the report by email.

User security reports

There are the following reports, which contain information about users, roles, and access rights:

  • Access rights by window (SM201020): Lists all system forms with the user roles for which access rights to the form have been set up explicitly at the window or module level. For each role, its level of access rights to the form is displayed.
  • Access rights by role (SM201025): Lists the roles available in the system and their access rights to system forms. Only those forms for which access rights were set up explicitly at the form, module, or workspace level are displayed in the report.
  • Role list (SM65100S): Lists the roles available in the system and shows the list of user accounts assigned to each role.
  • User list (SM65050S): Displays the existing user accounts and the properties of the accounts in summary or detailed format.
