# Access history (SM201045)

## The top part

In this area, you can select a particular user, operation, and date range to view the system log for this user in this date range.

<p>The following operations are available:</p>

<dt>Login</dt>
<dd>The user signed in to the system.</dd>
<dt>Logout</dt>
<dd>The user signed out of the system.</dd>
<dt>Session expired</dt>
<dd>The user session expired.</dd>
<dt>Login failed</dt>
<dd>The user tried to access the system but failed to sign in.</dd>
<dt>Access screen</dt>
<dd>The user accessed a window. The ID and title of the window are displayed in the <strong>Screen ID</strong> and <strong>Title</strong> columns, respectively. The event is logged only once for each window during a user session (when the user first opens the window).</dd>
<dt>Email sent</dt>
<dd>The user successfully sent an email.</dd>
<dt>Error sending email</dt>
<dd>The user&rsquo;s attempt to send an email resulted in an error.</dd>
<dt>Customisation published</dt>
<dd>The user published a customization on a window. The ID and title of the window are displayed in the <strong>Window ID</strong> and <strong>Title</strong> columns, respectively. For more information, see the Visma Net Customisation guide.</dd>
<dt>License exceeded</dt>
<dd>The number of concurrent users exceeded the license limit. The login of the user who is forcibly signed out is displayed in the <strong>Username</strong> column.</dd>
