# Administration and customisation of appearance

> In Visma Net, you can flexibly customise the appearance (in particular, main menu items and workspace links) all users will see, to adjust it to the business processes of your organisation.


In Visma Net,
you can flexibly customise the appearance (in particular, main menu items and workspace
links) all users will see, to adjust it to the business processes of your organisation.
Your
customisation of the appearance will make it easier for users to find and begin working with
required windows and reports, speeding document processing in the system.

To be able to customise the appearance you must have the system administrator role.

Here you will find information about the customisation of the appearance that can be performed by users with the Administrator user role.
