Use a template to create a new customer class
- Go to the Document templates (SM209020) window.
- Click
to select the customer class template you want to use. - Click Save to clipboard.
- Go to the Customer classes (AR201000) window.
- Click
and from the drop-down list select Paste from [name of template].
Note
You may have to click
to empty the fields before you can paste the template into the fields.
- Enter the next free Class ID. The fields marked with \* are mandatory.
Note
If you are unsure of the next free number, click
to open the Select - Class ID window.
- In the Description field, enter the name of your customer class.
- Change the settings to fit your new customer class.
