Statement history details (AR404300)

You can use this window to view the statement history for each statement cycle.
This topic provides information about the elements in this window in Visma Net, such as fields, field values, buttons, and check boxes.

You can easily drill down to the details of the statement.

The window toolbar

ButtonDescription
Customer statement historyNavigates to the Customer statement history (AR404600) window.
Print statementNavigates to the Customer statement report generated for the selected customer.

The top part

You can use the elements in this area to select the statement cycle and the date when the statement was printed.

ElementDescription
Statement cycleThe statement cycle by its ID.
Statement dateThe date when the statement was printed.

The table

The table shows the list of customers included in the statement printed on the specified date, along with such details as the balance and the currency used by the customer.

ColumnDescription
CustomerThe unique identifier of the customer account in the system.
Customer nameThe name of the customer as it is stored in the system.
Statement balanceThe customer’s balance (in the base currency) on the statement.
Overdue balanceThe total amount that is overdue.
CurrencyOne of currencies used by the customer.
FC statement balanceThe customer balance in the specified currency.
FC overdue balanceThe overdue amount in the specified currency.
FC statementA check box that indicates (if selected) that the multi-currency format of statement should be used.
Do not printA check box that indicates (if selected) that the statement should not be printed in accordance with the customer settings in the Customers (AR303000) window.
PrintedA check box that indicates (if selected) that the statement was printed.
Do not emailA check box that indicates (if selected) that the statement should not be sent by email.
EmailedA check box that indicates (if selected) that the statement was sent by email.
On-demand statementWhen this check box is selected, you can generate statements on demand.
Prepared onThe date when the statement was prepared.
