Add a customer price class

Before you start

Customer classes group customers by the price level that is offered to them. If you do not create price classes, all customers are assigned to the BASE price class.

1. Go to the Customer price classes (AR208000) window.
2. Click to add a new row.
3. Enter a unique identifier for the price class. You can use up to 10 characters, both letters and numbers.
4. Enter a detailed description of the class. You can use up to 50 characters, both letters and numbers.
5. In the Sort order column, enter a number that will represent the order in which the class will be displayed on reports.
