Maintain and review sales prices

  1. Go to the Sales prices (AR202000) window.

  2. Go to the drop-down list, and select the price type you want to review the sales price information for.

  3. Use the other fields to filter your item list.

    Note

    If you leave them empty, you will get a list with the sales prices of the selected type for all items.

  4. Optional: In the Item class field, select the item class for which you want to review sales price information. You can also click Me to filter on the prices you have entered as a price manager, or My to filter on the price work groups you belong to.

  5. Manually define new prices for the items you wish to edit.

  6. Click icon-add in the table toolbar, to add a new item.

  7. Fill in the information for the item.

  8. Optional: You can define promotional prices by selecting the Promotion check box for the desired items. Enter the promotional price in the Price field and the period of the promotion in the Effective date and Expiration date fields.

  9. Click icon-save.

To add the items and their prices to a price list, click Create price worksheets. This will open the Sales price worksheets window. For more information, see About Sales price worksheets.
