# Generate recurring transactions

> You can use this window to view all active schedules, and run all the listed schedules or just the ones you select.


1. Go to the [Generate recurring transactions (AR504000)](https://docs.vismasoftware.no/visma-net-erp/help/customer-ledger/customer-ledger-windows/generate-recurring-transactions-ar504000/index.md) window.
1. In the **Start on** field you can enter the start date of the date range for the selected schedules. Leave this field empty to display all schedules that were due earlier.
1. In the **Stop** section, select **On this date** if you want to enter an end date of the date range for the schedule selection. Or select **After running this number of schedules** to set the number of schedules where the process will stop running.
1. In the bottom part of this window you can view the details of a selected schedule by clicking **View schedule**. You can also create a new schedule if you click **New schedule**. This will open the [Recurring transactions (AR203500)](https://docs.vismasoftware.no/visma-net-erp/help/customer-ledger/customer-ledger-windows/recurring-transactions-ar203500/index.md) window.
1. Click **Run selected** to run only the schedules that you have selected in the list. Click **Run all** to run all the listed schedules.
