Modify a system filter

1. Go to the Filters (CS209010) window.

2. In the Filter ID field, select a filter.

3. Do any of the following actions to modify the filter:

   • In the top part, in the Name field, type the new filter name.
   • In the top part, select a filter category or categories.
   • In the filter conditions table, select the Active check boxes to specify the active conditions.
   • In the filter conditions table, add or delete rows with filter conditions.

4. Click .

5. To make the filter unavailable for other users, click Make filter not shared on the window toolbar, and then click Yes in the Warning dialog box.
