# Run recognition

1. Go to the [Run recognition (DR501000)](https://docs.vismasoftware.no/visma-net-erp/help/deferred-revenue/deferred-revenue-windows/run-recognition-dr501000/index.md) window.
1. In the **Recognition date** field, enter a date to select the recognition transactions in the deferral schedules that are due.
1. In the **Deferral code** field, you can select a code if you want to select only deferral schedules associated with this specific code. You can leave the field blank to view schedules for all codes.
1. To run recognition for specific schedules, select the check box in front of the schedules you want to include in the run.
1. Click **Process**. To run recognition for all schedules displayed in the table, you do not have to select them, just click **Process all**.
