# Send pending emails

> Go to window Pending emails (SM507000). In the Account field, click to select an account. The email account that has been created by the system is by default shown here. 1. In the **Account** field, click ![icon-select](https://docs.vismasoftware.no/media/visma-net-erp/icon-select.jpg) to select an account. The email account that has been created by the system is by default shown here.
1. In the **Assigned to** field, you either select the **Me** check box, or click ![icon-select](https://docs.vismasoftware.no/media/visma-net-erp/icon-select.jpg) to select someone else that is assigned to the email.
1. Click the check box on the row for the email you want to send.
1. Click **Process**.
1. To send **all** emails in this view, click **Process all**.
1. Press **F5** to refresh the window. You will now see that the email or emails you sent are no longer visible in this window.
