# Post batches

> Go to the Post transactions (GL502000) window. You can set up a filter to display only specific batches on the list. Do one of the following actions, each of which changes the status of applicable batches to Posted: Select the batches in the list (by selecting the unlabelled check boxes next to the batches) and click Post. Click Post all.


1. Go to the [Post transactions (GL502000)](https://docs.vismasoftware.no/visma-net-erp/help/general-ledger/general-ledger-windows/post-transactions-gl502000/index.md) window. You can set up a filter to display only specific batches on the list.
1. Do one of the following actions, each of which changes the status of applicable batches to **Posted**:

    + Select the batches in the list (by selecting the unlabelled check boxes next to the batches) and click **Post**.
    + Click **Post all**.
