Create rate types

1. Go to the Rate types (PM204100) window.
2. Click .
3. In the Rate type field, enter the identifier for the rate type. This can be a ten-character string of letters and numbers.
4. In the Description field, enter a more detailed description of the rate type. This can be a 50-character string of letters and numbers.
5. Click .
