Validate project balances
- Go to the Validate project balances (PM504000) window.
- Click Validate all to validate the balances of all projects shown in this window.
- To only validate the balances of particular projects, select the check boxes next to those projects.
- Click Validate.
When the processing is finished, you will see a 
next to the successfully validated balances.
