Not yet invoiced project transactions (PM40107S)

This window shows all transactions that have been allocated, but not invoiced, and are linked to the account group(s) that are set up in the invoicing rule(s).
This topic provides information about the elements in this window in Visma Net, such as fields, field values, buttons, and check boxes.

The top part

You use the elements in this area to select the projects you want to view in the table.

ElementDescription
View project (button)Opens the Projects (PM301000) window, where you can view the details of a project you select.
Project managerThe project manager of the projects whose transactions you want view in the table.
From projectThe ID of the project you want to start your selection from.
To projectThe ID of the project to you want to end your selection to.
From periodThe period you want to start your selection from.
To periodThe period you want to end your selection at.
CustomerThe customer of the transaction.
Invoicing ruleThe invoicing rule that applies to the transaction.
Status

The status of the projects that you want to view in the table:

In planning
This status is automatically assigned to any new project with the Hold check box selected and reflects that the project is a draft and not available for selection in data entry windows.
Active
The project can be associated with documents and activities in data entry windows in the modules integrated with the Projects module.
Completed
All tasks for the project have been completed.
Cancelled
Project is stopped before its completion. A cancelled project can be activated again.
Suspended
All activities on the project are suspended. A suspended project can be re-activated or cancelled.
Total amountThe total amount of the transaction.

Project nameThe name of the project that the transaction belongs to.
StatusThe status of the transaction.
AmountThe amount of the transaction.

CustomerThe name of the customer.
Invoicing ruleThe invoicing rule that applies to the transaction.
Invoicing rule descriptionThe description of the invoicing rule.
Account group IDThe ID of the account group.
