Opens the Projects (PM301000) window, where you can view the details of a project you select. |
| From project |
The ID of the project you want to start your selection from. |
| To project |
The ID of the project to you want to end your selection at. |
| Project manager |
Use this field to filter projects belonging to a specific project manager. |
| Customer |
Use this field to filter projects belonging to a specific customer. |
| Start date |
The start date of the project.
To change the date, you can either type a specific date into the date field, or select it by using the calendar. |
| End date |
The end date of the project.
To change the date, you can either type a specific date into the date field, or select it by using the calendar. |
| Status |
The status of the projects that you want to view in the table:
- In planning
- This status is automatically assigned to any new project with the Hold check box selected and reflects that the project is a draft and not available for selection in data entry windows.
- Active
- The project can be associated with documents and activities in data entry windows in the modules integrated with the Projects module.
- Completed
- All tasks for the project have been completed.
- Cancelled
- Project is stopped before its completion. A cancelled project can be activated again.
- Suspended
- All activities on the project are suspended. A suspended project can be re-activated or cancelled.
