Create a shipment
You can create a shipment in the Sales orders (SO30100S) window for sales orders with the Open status and when there are order lines available for shipping.

Click the Create shipment button in the bottom right corner.
Does your order contain different warehouses?
- If yes, in the pop-up window, select which warehouse you want to create the shipment for, and click Confirm.
- If no, go to step 3.
Wait for the shipment to be created. Result for a successfully created shipment:
- shipment is added in the Shipments tab. There, you can click the shipment number to open the Shipments (SO302000) window.
- order status changes to Shipping.
