The window toolbar

ButtonDescription
View itemClick this to open the Stock items (IN202500) or Non-stock items (IN202000) window where you see the details on the item on the invoice selected in the table.
View customerOpens the Customers (AR303000) window so that you can view the customer account of the customer selected in the table.
View documentClick this to open the Sales invoices (AR301000) window where you see the details on the invoice document selected in the table.

The top part

ColumnDescription
From periodSelect the period starting from which documents will be displayed in the table.
To periodSelect the period until which documents will be displayed in the table.
CustomerThe customer for which you want to view information. Leave the field blank to view the sales profitability information for all customers.
Customer classThe customer class for which you want to view information. Leave the field blank to view the sales profitability information for all customer classes.
SalespersonThe ID and name of the salesperson that was involved in sales for the transactions to be listed. Leave the field blank to view a broader range of results.
ItemThe item for which you want to view information. Leave the field blank to view the sales profitability information for all items.
Item classThe item class for which you want to view information. Leave the field blank to view the sales profitability information for all item classes.
SubaccountThe subaccount for which you want to view information.
Include unreleasedWhen this check box is selected, unreleased documents are also displayed in the table.
View detailsClick this to display the Reference number and Discount (%) columns in the table by default.
Total quantityThe total quantity of items on the invoices displayed in the table.
Total amountThe total amount of the invoices displayed in the table.

CustomerThe ID of the customer to whom the invoice is created.
Customer nameThe name of the customer to whom the invoice is created.
EmailThe email address of the customer as a business entity.
Telephone noThe default phone number of the customer.
Reference numberThe reference number of the document.
TypeThe type of the invoice document.
ItemThe item ID.
Item descriptionThe description of the item charged on the invoice. Click the item ID to see the details on it.
PeriodThe financial period to which the invoice is posted.
Total quantityThe total quantity of items on the invoice.
UoMThe unit of measure (UoM) used for the item.
Unit priceThe unit price of the item.
Discount (%)The discount rate used on the invoice.
Discount amountThe amount of discount on the invoice.
Total amountThe total amount of the invoice.
Last sale dateThe date when a sale was last made to the customer.
AccountThe sales account used for the transaction.
AttentionThe attention line as it is used in your company’s business letters. This line will be used to direct the letter to the proper person or department.
CurrencyThe currency in which this price is specified.
Currency unit priceThe unit price of the item in currency.
Customer classThe customer class of the customer.
DescriptionThe description of the sales account used for the transaction.
Discount amount (currency)The amount of discount on the invoice in currency.
Item classThe item class to which the item belongs.
ReleasedWhen this check box is selected, the invoice has been released.
SalespersonThe ID of the salesperson who has sold the items to the customer.
Salesperson nameThe name of the salesperson who has sold the items to the customer.
SubaccountThe subaccount used on the invoice.
Total amount (currency)The total amount of the invoice in currency.
