# Approve payments in AutoPay

Last modified February 19, 2026

> Go to the Batch payments (AP305000) window. Click Approve in AutoPay for the relevant payment. In the Payment details window, check your payment. Click Approve. Enter your password. This is the same password you use to log in to Visma Net. Click OK. In the Approve window, click OK to close the window. On the Outgoing tab, the batch status changes to Approved in the Status column.


1. Go to the [Batch payments (AP305000)](https://docs.vismasoftware.no/visma-net-erp/help/supplier-ledger/supplier-ledger-windows/batch-payments-ap305000/index.md) window.
1. Click **Approve** **in AutoPay** for the relevant payment.
1. In the **Payment details** window, check your payment.
1. Click **Approve**.
1. Enter your password. This is the same password you use to log in to Visma Net.
1. Click **OK**.

In the **Approve** window, click **OK** to close the window.

On the **Outgoing** tab, the batch status changes to **Approved** in the **Status** column.
