Make sure code is not denying [https://api.finance.visma.net](https://api.finance.visma.net) as a base URL, in case you have code that **follows** a location header on a response. When changing to API Management we will change the base URL. In the first period, we will have support for the current URL. We want all integrations to start using the new base URL. ## Throttling of old base URL The deadline for transitioning from VNI to Azure API Management passed earlier this year. However, as some applications are still using the old URL, we have decided to keep it active for a short period longer. To encourage the final migration, we will begin **throttling** traffic on **February 1, 2026**. **What is happening?** * **Initial Limit:** Starting Feb 1, the limit will be **500 calls per hour** per application. * **Error Code:** Any requests exceeding this limit to the old domain (`integration.visma.net`) will return a **429 Too Many Requests** response. * **Final Step:** This limit will be gradually reduced over the following weeks until the old URL is permanently shut down. >[!Note] >**Rate Limit Headers:** The current rate limits for the old domain are shown in the response headers.
