Autopay Transaction Details

View detailed information for an Autopay transaction.

When you select a specific transaction from the Autopay Payment List, the Autopay Transaction Details view opens. This screen provides an in-depth look at the payment.

Header Area

  • Supplier/Recipient Name: Displays the name of the entity to be paid.
  • Amount: Shows the total amount of the transaction.

Body Area

This section contains the primary details of the transaction:

  • Document Preview: If an associated document is available, a thumbnail or preview is displayed.
  • Transaction Type: Indicates the nature of the payment (e.g., supplier invoice, salary).
  • Pay Date: The scheduled date for the payment.
  • Status: The current status of the transaction.
  • Notes: Any notes that have been added to the transaction will be displayed here.
  • Additional Metadata: Further details may be available by scrolling, such as:
    • Debtor information
    • Creditor information
    • Reference numbers
    • Transaction ID
    • Batch ID
  • Warnings: If there are any issues or warnings associated with the transaction (e.g., potential duplicate, missing information), a warning banner may appear. Tapping on “View warnings” will provide more details.

Interaction Options

  • Add Note:

    1. Tap “Add note” .
    2. A text field will appear.
    3. Enter your note.
    4. Tap “Save” to store the note with the transaction.
  • Change Pay Date:

    1. Tap the pay-date field.
    2. A calendar picker will open.
    3. Select the new desired payment date.
    4. Confirm your selection. → The pay-date field will update with the new date.
  • Cancel Transaction:

    1. Tap “Cancel transaction”.
    2. A confirmation prompt will appear to prevent accidental cancellation.
    3. Confirm the cancellation. → The transaction will be marked as cancelled and will be removed from the active payment list.
