Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Secure your account with Two-Factor Authentication.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your Visma Manager account. When 2FA is enabled, you will be required to provide a second form of verification in addition to your password during login.

How 2FA Works During Login

  1. Enter your email address and password as usual on the login screen.
  2. If 2FA is active for your account, you will be prompted to enter a verification code.
  3. This code is typically generated by an authenticator app on your smartphone or sent to you via SMS, depending on your setup.
  4. Enter the code in the app to complete the login process.

Setting Up 2FA

  • The setup for 2FA is managed through your main Visma account settings, via the web portal, not directly within the Mobile Manager app itself.
  • Follow the instructions provided by your Visma services administrator to enable and configure 2FA.

Ensure your authenticator app is correctly synced or that you have access to the device receiving SMS codes to avoid login issues.
