Depending on the <strong>Archive emails</strong> setting specified in the <a href="/visma-net-erp/help/email/email-windows/email-preferences-sm204001/index.md">Email preferences (SM204001)</a> window, this action may initiate archiving of incoming emails for the selected email accounts.</dd>
<dt>Send all</dt>
<dd>Initiates the sending of all outgoing emails for the selected email accounts. Depending on the <strong>Archive emails</strong> setting specified in the <a href="/visma-net-erp/help/email/email-windows/email-preferences-sm204001/index.md">Email preferences (SM204001)</a> window, this action may initiate archiving of sent emails for the selected email accounts.</dd>
<dt>Send/receive all</dt>
<dd>Initiates the sending and receipt of all emails for the selected email accounts. Depending on the <strong>Archive emails</strong> setting specified in the <a href="/visma-net-erp/help/email/email-windows/email-preferences-sm204001/index.md">Email preferences (SM204001)</a> window, this action may initiate archiving of both incoming and sent emails for the selected email accounts.</dd>

## The table

This table lists the system email accounts. You can select the accounts you want to include in processing.
