# Delete unreleased transactions (FA508000)

In this window, you can delete fixed assets documents that contain unreleased
transactions before these transactions can be released in the [Release fixed assets transactions (FA503000)](https://docs.vismasoftware.no/visma-net-erp/help/fixed-assets/fixed-asset-windows/release-fixed-assets-transactions-fa503000/index.md) window.
It is
recommended to delete empty transaction documents that may be generated by the
system.

## The table

This table displays a list of all fixed assets documents that contain unreleased transactions.

Select the documents that you want to delete, and then click
**Process** or **Process all.**

<td class="vismanet-table__cell">The date when the transaction document was created. By default, the current date is specified, but you can change it.</td>

<td class="vismanet-table__cell"><p>A read-only column that indicates the way the transaction was
entered into the system:</p>

<dt>Adjustment</dt>
<dd>An adjusting transaction.</dd>
<dt>Purchasing</dt>
<dd>A fixed asset acquisition transaction.</dd>
<dt>Depreciation</dt>
<dd>A fixed asset depreciation transaction.</dd>
<dt>Disposal</dt>
<dd>A fixed asset disposal transaction.</dd>
<dt>Transfer</dt>
<dd>A transaction created when the location, custodian, or department of the asset was changed.</dd>
<dt>Reconciliation</dt>
<dd>A transaction created when purchased items were converted to fixed assets on the <strong>Reconciliation</strong> tab of the <a href="/visma-net-erp/help/fixed-assets/fixed-asset-windows/fixed-assets-fa303000/index.md">Fixed assets (FA303000)</a> window.</dd>
<dt>Split</dt>
<dd>Takes you to the <a href="/visma-net-erp/help/fixed-assets/fixed-asset-windows/split-assets-fa506000/index.md">Split assets (FA506000)</a> window.</dd>
<dt>Reversal</dt>
<dd>A reversal transaction.</dd>
<dt>Disposal reversal</dt>
<dd>A transaction created when disposals of fixed assets were reversed.</dd>

<td class="vismanet-table__cell">A check box that indicates whether the document is empty. If this check box is cleared, the document contains some transactions.</td>
